Amirfar decides pharma case at SIAC

Debevoise & Plimpton partner Catherine Amirfar has issued a SIAC award against a Canadian pharmaceutical company, ruling in favour of a Chinese distributor in a dispute over a US$100 million licence for an anti-inflammatory drug to treat osteoarthritis pain.
